Modern, new, luxury apartment with swimming pool and overlooking Lake Como.
Brand new apartment, completed in May 2010, with one bedroom, including indoor bathroom. For more than two people is a part of the living room to separate as a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and two single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms. The entire apartment is tastefully furnished with all modern facilities so it is really pleasant to stay!
There is no air conditioning, because the apartment is located in the Invelvi Valley, where it is always cool in summer and mild in winter. Both fully equipped kitchen and living room overlooking Lake Como and give access to a large terrace, where most of the time will be spent in spring, summer and fall.
The two bathrooms are very elegant, Italian marble with large shower areas and all linen is stocked.
The position of the apartment is ideal: a short walk to the edge of the lake, where the center of the town Argegno is, with shops, cafes, and restaurants. From all positions, the view is breathtaking! 
The province of Lombardy / Lake Como
Lake Como, surrounded by mountains, hills, valleys and cities of art, has much to offer. It is located in one of the most economically and industrially important regions (Lombardy) in Northern Italy, situated between Lake Maggiore and Lake Garda, right on the Swiss border, surrounded by the majesty of the Alps, where different cultures have been absorbed by the centuries to form the unique and inimitable charm. We enjoy a varied climate, usually snowy winters, mild springs and hot summers, but near the water, never too hot and then we have our mountains to escape to the case.

During a holiday at Lake Como, you get the chance to see much more than you'd expect ...
The apartment is only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful city Argegno. 20 minutes drive away from Cernobbio, where the world famous Grand Hotel Villa d'Este is located and the Villa Erba convention and exhibition center. The city of Como is a 20 minutes drive away and Como is the silk capital of Italy, so there are a lot of silk factory outlets and a very interesting silk museum. Milan is 50 km away (less than one hour drive), so it is ideal for combining a holiday with the world famous' Monza Grand Prix (held at the beginning of September), or any other sporting or business event you wish to attend in Milan. Lake Como is famous for its villas and gardens. The world-famous Bellagio across the lake and is home to the Villa Serbelloni, Rockefeller, belonging to the founding of New York and the Villa Melzi Built in 1800. You can visit the gardens of both houses. We are also one hour drive to the Swiss Alps for skiing and breathtaking views.
